The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes three (3) night’s accommodations in Las Vegas and three (3) night’s accommodations in the Orlando area. Vacation reservations are processed and confirmed by our Reservation partner, Take A Break Travel, Inc. (TAB), registered Seller of Travel Florida No. ST36769 and California CST 2094932. TAB utilizes accommodations rated 3 stars or higher (based solely upon availability and allotments)such as    The Strat, Excalibur or similar hotels in Las Vegas and Champions World Resort or Baymont by Wyndham Celebration or similar in the Orlando area. In Las Vegas, the vacation includes two adults, 3rd and 4th guests (of any age) in the same room are subject to a surcharge of $14.00–$40.00 (depending on hotel) per person per night plus tax, payable to TAB. Hotel room taxes of approximately $5–$25 per night (depending on the hotel, day of the week, and time of year) are payable to TAB upon booking for Excalibur and are payable to the hotel upon check in     for The Strat. The following fees must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in: resort fees of approximately $32–$40 per day plus tax (subject to change at the hotel’s discretion) and parking if applicable. In Orlando, The following fees must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in: hotel room taxes of approximately $5–$15 per night (depending on the hotel, day of the week, and time of year); resort fees of approximately $7.95 – $13.95 per day plus tax (subject to change at the hotel’s discretion) and parking if applicable. Travel must be completed within 18 months of purchase date of the vacation or from the date the Orlando area hotels or attractions reopen or the Las Vegas hotels reopen (whichever is greater). 

Upon completion of the sales presentation in the first destination, the purchaser will receive the following items: a $200 credit toward the retail price of Orlando area attractions, if Orlando destination is selected as the first destination, or $200 towards the retail price of show tickets if Las Vegas destination is requested as the first destination, plus a 3 night cruise certificate. The cruise certificate requires a non-refundable Registration Fee of $49 per person, total $98. Cruise certificate travelers are responsible for government taxes, cruise line and agency imposed fees which are subject to change without notice: 3-night starting from $95 per person, 4-night starting from $101 per person) along with charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to: ground transportation to and from the cruise port, purchased additional travel options, travel upgrades, gratuities, meals and reservation agent assistance in excess of initial reservation booking invitation.Cruise Certificate Retail Value up to $1105. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Transportation to and from destinations, meals, gratuities, hotel taxes, resort fees,parking, and incidentals are not included. The verifiable retail value of accommodations varies by season and dates of travel and ranges from $79 to $250 per night, per room plus applicable hotel taxes. The retail value of this vacation including is approximately $2,055.00, depending on time of year traveled.

PRESENTATION

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Membership Program, lasting approximately 90 to 120 minutes, is required. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the Orlando area attraction credit, or the Las Vegas show tickets and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. 

RESERVATIONS

Contact our Reservation partner, Take A Break Travel (“TAB”) at 1-800-316-4717 or 954-735-3370 (Mon-Fri 9:30 am – 7:00 pm or Sat 10:00am – 2:00pm ET). All reservations are made on a space available basis from our hotel allotments. A minimum of 10 days advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Check-in permitted 7 days a week based on availability and allotments, subject to the following: certain days of the week and times of the year (such as, holidays, large conventions, sporting events, and special events) may be available with an additional fee of $79 payable at the time of booking. Do not book airline flights until you have received your confirmation letter.

At the present time and due to the uncertainty surrounding various State orders regarding travel, cancellation policies have BEEN WAIVED or reduced to allow clients greater flexibility.  As hotels reopen and revert to historically normal cancelation policies, we will notify you of any changes to the policy.  Under normal circumstances the normal change/cancel policies provide that, changes to any hotel reservations within 4 business days of the arrival date are considered to be within penalty and require a $75.00 rebooking fee. During normal circumstances, no-shows and early departures result in the package holder paying a $150.00 fee as well as forfeiture of the vacation package without refund. Once we are advised by the hotels that normal cancellation/change policies have been reinstated, we will notify you in writing via email and in your vacation confirmation paperwork.

ELIGIBILITY

This vacation package is valid for residents of the United States (except for residents of Florida or Nevada) and Canada.Adult couples or singles must meet the following qualifications. If married or cohabiting, one traveler must be at least 25 years of age, must vacation and attend sales presentation with spouse/partner, be employed full time with a gross family income of $50,000 or retired, carry an active credit card, and write, understand, and speak English fluently. Cohabiting couples must have ID’s that have the same address. Singles must be at least 28 years of age with a gross income of $50,000, carry an active credit card, and write, understand, and speak English fluently. The following are not eligible: anemployee of any timeshare company or any vacation club, or any hotel brand affiliated with a timeshare brand or a vacation club, or an agent, or a family member of an employee or an agent, of the promoter or any of its affiliates or vendors. Full time students are not eligible. This vacation is fully transferable to another party that meets the qualifications with payment of a $25.00 transfer fee. This offer may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer provided by the promoter, or its affiliates. This offer is limited to one vacation per household and is not valid for groups, family reunions (2 or more families traveling together), or for attending a convention or conference. The Reservation partner acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. The Reservation partner will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL BY RETURNING THE CERTIFICATE AND SENDING NOTICE TO: TABT VACATION VIP AT 6400 NORTH ANDREWS AVE, STE 180, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33309. NO PURCHASER SHALL RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
